Baub88 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and baub88 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). The Terms apply to all use of the baub88 website at baub88.one, the baub88 mobile application and any related services provided under the baub88 brand.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. You also confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another person and that you are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on baub88. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, baub88 may close all related accounts and void any balances or winnings associated with those accounts.

2.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account is accurate and current. If your personal details change — including your mobile number, email address or payment details — you must update your account promptly. Baub88 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

3. Your Account

Once your account is registered, you are responsible for all activity that takes place within it. This includes all bets placed, games played and transactions made, regardless of whether you authorised those actions personally.

3.1 Login Credentials

You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including friends or family members. Baub88 will never ask you to provide your password by email, chat message or phone call. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

3.2 Account Currency

All accounts at baub88 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees charged by baub88, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for certain transaction types.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. Baub88 may apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts following written notification to the registered contact address. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. You can reactivate your account by logging in at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Baub88 supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Pakistani players. All transactions are handled securely and processed in PKR. Supported channels currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

4.3 Refused Transactions

Baub88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that is suspected of being fraudulent, linked to criminal activity or in breach of these Terms. Any funds associated with suspicious transactions may be held pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Baub88 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the point the offer is made. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly within each bonus offer. Different games may contribute differently towards clearing wagering requirements — for example, sports bets, live casino games, fish games and bingo may each carry a different contribution percentage.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Actions that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts or collusion between players — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

5.4 Promotional Changes

Baub88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is cancelled midway, players who have already accepted the bonus will be given a fair opportunity to complete the stated wagering requirements within a reasonable extended period.

6. Betting & Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on baub88 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

Cricket betting at baub88 covers the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, domestic tournaments, bilateral series and major global cricket competitions. Football, esports and other markets are also available. All bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. Live in-play odds update in real time and bets are accepted at the price displayed at the moment of confirmation.

6.2 Bet Cancellation & Voiding

Baub88 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment or cancellation, technical failure affecting the integrity of a market, or evidence that a bet was placed using information that was not publicly available at the time. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance at the original stake amount.

7. Fair Play Policy

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that gives an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Any attempt to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with its technical systems.
• Chip dumping, match fixing or any activity that undermines the integrity of live casino games or sports markets.

If you encounter a bug or pricing error, you are required to report it through the support channel and must not attempt to exploit it. Players who identify and report genuine errors in good faith will not be penalised.

10.2 Termination by Baub88

Baub88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Multiple account creation.

Where an account is closed due to proven Terms violation, any balances may be forfeited. Where closure occurs for administrative reasons unrelated to player wrongdoing, real-money balances will be returned in full.

11. Limitation of Liability

Baub88 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain a stable and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Temporary outages, scheduled maintenance windows and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, baub88 will not be liable for:
